The rescue vest is made of 100% polyester with PE foam filling. The drawstring closure and adjustable waist strap ensure the proper fit, so the vest will stay in place even when you fall into the water. The life jacket is tested by a notified body based on the EN ISO 12402-5 standard. Level 50 life jackets are intended for those who are competent and for swimmers who are close to the shore or land, or who have help and a means of rescue at hand. These garments have a minimum volume, are of limited use in dangerous waters, and it cannot be expected to keep the user safe for a long period of time. They do not have enough buoyancy to protect people who cannot help themselves. They require active participation by the user.
